Proper Turabian formatting in xsl form

The current MS Word citations manager Turabian style is in correct.
Turabian style places the date after the authors name. Does anyone
know of an xsl file that has the Correct formatting for Turabian, and
while you're at it Chicago (as Chicago and Turabian should effectively
be the same)?

David, I am also having an issue getting page numbering to work…just
no options to work the system as far as I can find.
