Which Office application do you want this in?

For PowerPoint:
1. Select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item.
2. Select "Save" tab.
3. Put a check against "Prompt for file properties" box.
4. Click "OK" button.

For Word:
1. Select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item.
2. Select "Save" tab.
3. Put a check against "Prompt for document properties" box.
4. Click "OK" button.

For Excel:
1. Select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item.
2. Select "General" tab.
3. Put a check against "Prompt for workbook properties" box.
4. Click "OK" button.
