Property of table in design view toolbar button?

Is there any way I can have a toolbar button that, when I click it, it opens
up the Properties window of the table that we see in Design view?

I have many tables that are the same table, from different dbs, in my front
end, and I want to change the names so that I know what db they are from.
Right now, I have to click on Design view, click on Yes, I do want to see
the design view of a linked table, and then click on View, so I can copy the
file name and paste it as the new table name.

I'd like to just click on a button, and have that name appear.
