property sheet shows

When I open a form from another form at times the property sheet for the new
form shows. I have saved the form while in design view after closing the
porperty sheet but it randomly shows still. How can I keep this from
happening. Thanks.

Open the form in design view. View its Properties. Down at the bottom of the
"Other" tab find the "Allow Design Changes" property; change it to "Design
View Only".

Save the form, and you should stop seeing the properties window.
