Property sheet will not open why?

I am in Design View and select a form field. I try to open the Property Sheet
for this field and nothing happens, why? Ashame you made so many changes to
MS Access. The new GUI is not good at all in my opinion. Far more difficult
to use than the previous version.

Open it another way:
In design or layout view on the form
Select the Design tab on the ribbon
Under the Tools section to the right is a Property Sheet icon. Click that -
it toggles the Property sheet on and off.
