Seems everytime I go to install something in MS word it looks for the file
proplus.msi. What is this file and where do I find it? I have done searhes on
my machine and nada, nothing...

Sounds like you installed Office XP Pro. The windows installer is looking
for the original source of your Office XP Pro installation files, the CD-ROM
or the server share.
