Using 2007 SP1 - Three Questions
1. The approval Workflow associated with Proposals is set to "Allow this
workflow to be manually started by an authenticated user with Edit Items
Permission". This workflow seems to be "automatically" started after a
"Save" on the new Proposal. How can I stop this automatic starting of the
Workflow?
2. The Task that gets generated by the Workflow and is presented on the
Proposal Workflow Tasks Web Part has a "Project Proposal Link" that only
takes the reviewer to the PWA Home Page and not the Proposal being reviewed.
How can this link be expanded to navigate directly to the proposal?
3. Workflow Tasks appear to be delivered to all users that have been
associated with the "Proposal Reviewers" group. We have the situation where
we could have multiple proposals being developed that need to be reviewed and
approved by different collections of users. How is this handled?
