Proposed Booking [2007]

Need help to solve a problem.
I need to have a way to plan complex projects and make sure that these
projects keep on Proposed allocation before approved. I'm using the Proposed
Booking for the resources but when I publish these projects the tasks already
appear to "My Tasks" on the proposed resources.
I couldn’t find any bug on MS Articles related to this so I'm probably
missing something here.

Does anyone have a solution or a workaround for this?

This is a reported bug in Project Server 2007 that has MAJOR consequences in
how the system works. As far as I can determine, none of the Hotfixes
released address this issue. Because of this bug, the intended
functionality of the Proposed booking type is rendered nearly useless.

Wow! And no news at all about when this will be resolved? I have an
implementation soon and do not want to tell our client that the
feature does not work

You don't seriously think that Microsoft ever announces when it will fix
particular issues, do you? I hope it will be fixed in SP1, but then again,
no one knows when SP1 will be released either.
