Proposed resource booking

I understand that when a resource is added to a project using the
'Build Team from Enterprise' function from Project Professional 2003,
the booking is defaulted to 'Committed'.
Is there a way to make this defaulted to 'Proposed'???

To change the default Booking type from "Committed" to "Proposed", do the
following:

1. Open the Enteprise Resource Pool
2. Check out the desired resources
3. Temporarily insert the Booking Type column
4. Set the Booking Type value to "Proposed" for the resources
5. Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool
