PRORET.MSI required for Office XP SP3 install but not found on CD

MS Office XP SP3 install asks for PRORET.MSI file on the office XP
professional CD but the file does not exist. I have only one CD for
Office XP professional and it was a full installation.

How do I get around this problem?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Richard,

If you check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel
you should see 'Microsoft Office XP Professional' listed. If so
then ProRet.msi (or ProRet may be all that you see listed).
If your CD says Office XP Professional Plus Frontpage then your
CD would be a mismatch to what was used to install it.

If they are a match can you complete a detect and repair from
the Word help menu or from Add/Remove Programs in the Microsoft Office listing can you complete a repair/reinstall?
