Protect a worksheet

I have worksheet protection setup on a excel worksheet.

I want to know if there is a way to prevent users from highlighting the page
and creating their own worksheet so they can make changes.

As of right now, the worksheet prevents any changes but people have been
highlighting, copying and pasting to a new worksheet so they can make
changes.

Is there a way to prevent this?

Thanks,
Jasper

In the protection options (when you type the passcode the first time), you
can deselect the first option which is 'select locked cells'. If you do
that, then the workbook would have to be unprotected in order to select any
cells that are locked. This should preven them from being able to copy and
paste the entire sheet. Good luck.

Not really.

Anything that I would do would rely on a macro and macros can be disabled.

I chose the option to select sheet and I don't see the option for the locked
cells. Am I in the wrong place?

Thanks,
