Protect Formula's but still be able to "Insert Copied Cells"?

I would like to protect my formula's, but still allow data to be moved in
above them with the Insert Copied Cells command. I need to allow increasing
amounts of data to be inserted, and have the cell range update automatically
in the formulas.

Any thoughts?
