Select and right click cell - in pop up Select Format Cells \ Next select
Tab - Protection.
Here select Locked and hidden cell.
Now go to Menu "Tools \ Protection " and enter formula.
Now the formula entered in selected cell will not be visible. Also cell will
now be un-editable
