I need to protect my .xls sheet from being “modified†and “saved asâ€
How could I do this using the VBA for that?
All of which i'm asking you, How to protect my sheet from being "saved as"
when it's in the read only mode.

I don't think you can.

Any solution would rely on macros and macros could be disabled. Heck, the user
could just use windows explorer to copy that file anywhere they wanted.
