Good Afternoon:
I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue.
We have a project plan that is published on PS2K3 that has
actuals in the db that are protected but are not synching
up with the client when you open the plan.
For example, there's a task that was scheduled to take 2
hrs, the resource entered 2 hours in his timesheet,
confirmed the remaining work was 0 and updated the PM.
The PM accepted the update and the information was stored
in the web_work table.
However, when we open the client and associated plan, it
shows 2hrs of work, 1 hr of actual work, and 1 hr of
remaining work. When we go to tools\tracking\synch with
protected actuals, it does not show the data that is in th
e web_work table, but remains the same.
Does anyone know why this is happening, how to actually
get the plan to synch up, and how to keep it from
happening in the future?
Thank you in advance for your help.
