Protected Document Password Problem?

Hi, I have created a protected MS Word 2003 template that works great.
I have password protected the VBA code and also password protected the
template. The problem is when my user moves from one formfield to the
next they get a password error dialog box that pops up, but allows them
to move to the next field and continue. If I unprotect the template
document the message goes away. Does anyone have any ideas?

Not without seeing the message text.

May we assume you've assigned macros to the Enter and Exit properties of
the form fields?
