Is it possible, to create an Enterprise field which can
be update only by the Global Enterprise administrator?

Hi Yves,

The ability to modify the enterprise global is determined by the security
settings of the user. So, if you do not want others to change the
Enterprise Global, all you need to do is go to PWA->Admin->Manage Users and
Groups->Groups. Change the "Global Permissions" for "Save Enterprise
Global" to "Deny" (or allow/deny both unchecked).
