protecting a file from being emailed

[paranoid]

I was wondering if there is some way to "block" a document file from ever
being emailed by mistake. I live in constant fear that I will accidentally
attach the wrong file to an email. Is this possible? Maybe through a password
or something?

Store it elswhere, then you can be paranoid about the media becomeing
corrupt/lost
