Protecting a workbook

I have a workbook that I would like users to enter
information into but not to change any of the formulas
I've entered. Is there any way to protect it this way? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing you're talking about Excel, and haven't bothered to look up
"Protection" in help....
