Protecting images from downloading

I have a graphic file on one of mypages, and the artist has asked that I
protect it from dwonloading. Will Frontpage allow me to do that?

cannot be done
even if you disable right click anyone can do a screenshot and take a copy
only way to protect images is by watermarking (clear lettering or image
overlay)
which may be unacceptable in this case
make sure to attach a ©artistname/year and perhaps give a link to his/her
own work so that anyone wishing to use the image can contact the artist
about payment (as if..)
