Protecting 'Standard Rate' info. for Resources in published projec

If I assign resources to projects from an Enterprise Resource Pool and
publish the projects can I protect the Standard Rate information for the
Resources?

If by protect you mean can you make it so that the PM cannot edit that
rate then yes. That is already a feature. The PM can change it but the
next teim they open it, it changes back to the rate in the Enterprise
Pool.

If by protect you mean make it so that the PM cannot see the rate then
no. Sorry.
