Protecting work book

How can I protect a workbook in a shared folder so that no
one can delete it ?

Hi
you should do this on Network OS level. Not a thing you can achieve in
Excel

That is down to the windows administrators to set up group access pviledges
to files in folders that prevent all (or some) users from deleting the files
in that folder.
