Protection in Excel - will anything ultimately work

I need to send an Excel workbook to a customer but I do not want them to see
one worksheet which I have hidden in the workbook. The worksheet and workbook
are password protected.

It was an eye-opener for me to see on here how many ways there are to get
around passwords on workbooks/worksheets.

So is there any way I can 100% securely protect the worksheet in the workbook?

Many thanks for any ideas.
