Provide a complete working package with out ripping us off

It is a totally rip off to not have a full working software when purchasing a
new machine. Had it been properly advertised I would not have bought a
Toshiba. with the phony trial edition

Did you tell the salesperson you needed Office or are you guilty of not
reading the specs about what you were getting for your money? I suspect the
latter.

....and, it isn't a MS issue...it's the PC vendor's issue.
