Providing a user access to just the Documents, Issues and Risks

We have a lot of project stakeholders that only need access to the Documents,
Issues and Risks in Project Web Access. This is all Sharepoint functionality.

In order to give them access, I have to add them as a user and therefore,
use up a CAL (at least that's my understanding).

Does anyone know of a way to give this group access to just these components
without using a CAL? Seems like I should be able to since it's just
sharepoint functionality.

Hi Jody,

Just manually add your user to the SharePoint site.

For example
Type the project site URL (http://prjsvr:90/sites/projectserver_101
From the menu bar, click on Site Settings
From the Site Settings page, under Administration, click on Manage Users
From the Manage Users page, click Add Users
In Step 1: Choose Users, type the username (Domain\Username)
In Step 2: Choose Site Groups, select the level of permission for this
user, and then click Next.
In Step 3: Confirm Users, verify the information pulled from the domain
controller is correct.
In Step 4: Send E-mail, add a personalized message that will be sent to
the user, then click Finished

Then you're done!

Good Luck

This implies that the URL is sent to them and then they have to bookmark it.
Is there a way for them to access it from within PWA?
