Provisioning New PS web Sites

We need the ability to create custom PS instances as we had with editsite. We
know how to create empty ones with stsadm but need the ability to load custom
databases.

We are looking for the ability to create new instances programmatically with
PSI or stsadm. The new instances must be loaded from a a template database
like the sample DB.

PSI can't do this from memory so you need to try the server group to see if
anyone there knows a way to script what you want.
