Prsvr 2007 Resource and Outlook Question

Hi all! I have a quick question regarding Resource Time and Outlook:

Does PSvr 2007's Enterprise Resource Pool take into consideration anything
on someone's personal Outlook Calendar?

I am not a server expert by any means, but I believe the answer is no.
However, to confirm, please post your question to the Project server
newsgroup (microsoft.public.project.server). We are attempting to close
