PS 2003 - CITRIX Metaframe has IE V7 problem

I use CITRIX to remotely access PS 2003/WSS V2. Recently, the support
team updated CITRIX to have IE V7 on our desktops. However, when I go to
Project Center in IE V7, the "Open ..." icon is missing! MS Project 2003 is
on the CITRIX Office list of applications, and works OK.

IE V6, on the other hand has the full Project Center icon set when
using the same servers(thus I rule out a permissions problem!).

Any thoughts??????

Yes, completely within CITRIX Metaframe, V10(I think!). MS Project Pro
will fire off correctly from the CITRIX desktop. I have three instances of
PS 2003, and all three are missing the icon in PWA Project Center.

Here is another quirk: Using IE V6, only ONE of my three instances of PS
2003 will allow an activation of Project Pro from PWA. The other pop up that
big window implying Project Pro is not installed.

The site support team has a trouble ticket to work, but I was hoping
someone else might have seen this.
