PS-2003 SP2a-are there problems?

Updated Project Server 2003 to SP2a. When I launched PWA, had to go through
the License Agreement again. Got to home page, clicked 'Projects' flashed a
page quickly, the back to Home page. Same with Tasks.

Anyone aware of this?
