PS-2003 upgrade to SP2a

When upgrading from PS-2003-SP1 to SP2a, the instructions are ordered so that
First (1) the database is upgraded, then second (2) Project Server is
upgraded, then third (3) the WSS templates are upgraded if not already done
so w/SP1.

Does the order matter? Can I do Server, then DB?

Hi Mark,

yes the order does matter. It is wise to follow the upgrade instructions
step by step.
