PS 2007 Reporting Access Question

I have a couple of workstations that are receiving the following Message when
trying to connect to PWA 2007 Data Analysis:

The Query could not be processed
Cannot connect to the Server "XXXXXXXX". The server is either not
started or is too busy.

I CAN access Project related information from this same PC.

Using the same userID I CAN connect from a different PC and access the
Reporting data.

Does anyone have any idea where to even look?

Have you installed the client side components:-

MSXML 6.0
ASOLEDB9
SQL Client
