PS07 - Build Team is empty

Have ps07 + sp1 and a new install as we prep for using PS07

The users who are in Project Manager's group get a blank 'Build Team for
Project' screen.
We have not customized the security groups.
There are people in the Project Managers user group and there are Resources
in the Pool.

As admin, the resources show in Build Team.

Any ideas on why Build Team does not show?

By default, members of the Project Managers group will see all of the
resources from the Enterprise Resource Pool in the Build Team dialog. So,
something is definitely wrong with your system. Even if you have not edited
any of the security Groups, by chance have you (or someone else) edited any
of the default Categories? That would definitely create this problem. Do
the following steps to see if this resolves the situation:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions.
2. Click Server Settings - Manage Categories.
3. Click the My Organization category to open it for editing.
4. In the Users and Groups section, select the Project Managers group in
the list on the right.
5. In the Permissions for Project Managers data grid, make sure the
following permissions are selected in the Resource section:

Assign Resource
View Enterprise Resource Data

6. If those options are not selected, then please select them.
7. Click the Save button.

Let us know if this solves the problem.

Dale,
It turns out that 'someone' removed all groups except Executives from My
Org.
Of course no one is coming forward to claim responsibility, but we've fixed
by moving the default My Org groups into the My Org

Well, that would certainly explain the problem! Getting someone to admit to
fault is another story entirely.
