I have an inactive resource (no longer works here) with valid actual work on
a still active project. Somehow, the PM made a change to the project which
made ProjPro2003 think that all tasks had changed and a 'new and changed
assignments' publsh was called for.
Since this person is now 'inactive' the PM gets a spooler error when the
project is published. The symbol in the indicator column for these tasks
keeps wanting them to be published.
Is there a way to undo this? I looked at it and noticed the booking type
for this resource is still 'committed'. Would changing it to proposed help?
