PS2003 migrate to PS2007

Using migration tool to migrate global data. Looks like Enterprise Global
Template went fine. When it got to resources, looks like it did some
preliminary work, then the following:

Migrating resources FROM ID = 0 TO ID = 20
01/22/2008 15:20:24.019 Migrating resource global failed with error 80004005
01/22/2008 15:20:24.019 Error detail: <detail><errinfo><general><class
name="An unhandled exception occurred in WinProj.UpdateResources."><error

No idea. Seems like the log should have better/clearer messages.
