PS2003-Standard Rate

In PS2003 - can the resource Standard Rate be set up to restrict
access/viewing? I have a PM who would like to use it, but it is highly
confidential information in our environment.

....Or is there a way to define an enterprise custom field and impose
restrictions?

You cannot hide the Standard Rate information for resources, nor can you
hide the information in custom enterprise Resource fields. Given this fact,
and the fact that pay rates are highly confidential in your environment
(like everywhere else), I would recommend you use "blended" or average rates
across a team, a department, a business unit, or even across the entire
company. Hope this helps.

That's what I thought, but figured I'd ask the experts. Since the required
reporting needs the actual rates, we'll have to continure using the current
"confidential" method with interim steps.
