PS2003: Upgrading SQL Server 2000 to 2005

I know that if I install Project Server 2003 on SQL Server 2005, I have to
change some of the queries in the install files of Project Server to get it
to install correctly.

However, if I already have Project Serer 2003 installed running on SQL
Server 2000, will Project Server 2003 will still work without any
modifications if I upgrade to SQL Server 2005?

Run the project db's in SQL 8.0 compatability mode and you'll be sweet.
