PS2007 - Cannot Change Currency of Project Server

Hi everyone,

I finally have Project Server 2007 working but have a strange error. When I
try to change the currency from USD to ZAR I get the following error.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: ProjectServerError(s)
LastError=AdminGlobalCheckedOut Instructions: Pass this into PSClientError
constructor to access all error information
at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.WebService.PWA.AdminSetServerCurrency(String
sCurrency)

- I am logged as the main administrator
- The Windows Server Regional Settings are all correct
- I have searched all over the web for an answer and cannot find anything.

Is there somewhere I can change this myself manually in the database or
registry?
Or perhaps someone with a solution to this?
