Hi Marc,

My EPM configuration scenario is as follows:

We have about 50 EPM users/resources (with PWA Access) plus 300+ resources
(No PWA access) in our implementation.
Each project task is assigned to a user (task owner) who reported the
progress to the project manager. The project task will be performed by the
resources who have no PWA access right so the task owner will obtain the
progress from the team and report it to the project manager. Therefore I
would need to create a custom field to store the resources that carry out the
work.

Assuning you are on Ps2007 the existing functionality will server your
purpose. Create your resource pool in the normal way. Clearly many of
your resources will not have user accounts. For these resources
determine who the assignment owner should be and enter this detail
against the resource. Assign tasksto the resources doing the work.
Any work published against these resources will appear on the
assignment owners My Task page.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for sharing this information with me. This really is a good feature
in P2007.
