PS2007 - emailing schedules

I have a user who needs to email the project schedule to one or more
distribution lists because these areas need to 'know' about the project
though they are not direct participants on the project.

Yes, i can direct them to Project Center, but the person doesn't want to
have to do that and insists on using email.

I could have the use either take a screenshot or capture a picture of the
file and email that out.

However, anyone come up with alternatives to using 'Copy Picture' or
Screenshot ...? Would be nice if there was a single button to do: 'Send
Schedule to Exchange Distribution List' and have an Outlook email window pop
up....

Looking for some suggestions....

What's wrong with emailing a hyperlink to the project workspace or the
project center? If the users do not have access to PWA then you need to
create a pdf image and email that or email the project file itself if the
recipients have Project.

Thx Rod. I'll offer emailing the link to the project workspace as a

Or you could save the plan to a file and email it as an attachment, though I
believe Rod's suggested approach is preferable.
