PS2007: Import Timesheet - How to sort timesheet selection dropdow

P

PedroJose

Hello,

is there a way to sort the dropdown list from where you select the timesheet
period to import into My Tasks page?? This is the dropdown list in the
Import Timesheet screen that appears after clicking on Import Timesheet from
the My Tasks page.. it has all the timesheet periods since we started using
PWA/PS2007 and it is huge... need to either sort it or somehow reduce it...

Thx

I think once you "Close" the timesheet periods that have been completed and
no more reporting is allowed, they will stop showing up on that list.

Prasanna,

What do you mean by "Close" the timesheet periods? Do you mean deleting?

Prasanna is referring to an item found on the Server Settings page under
the Time and Task Management section called Close Tasks to Update.

Hi Bonnie,

Prasanne is referring to Server Settings - Timesheet Periods. The last
column of timesheet periods ist 'Status' and can be set to 'Closed'.
