PS2007 + SharePoint 2003

Can i install Project Server 2007 in a SharePoint 2003 environment?

I'm thinking the WSS 3.0 component of PS2007 will break or damage the
Sharepoint 2003 environment (?) as i believe Sharepoint 2003 is using WSS
2.0

Any insight into this situation or kb's to point to?

You can't install PS2007 alongside SharePoint 2003 as the application model
is completely different.
