PSDBUpdater - Project server 2007 sp1 - 32 bit

Hi opr one site i noticed in last 2 days strange behavior event log is
looded by error messaages like this one:

As I know PSDBUpdater is responsible for user right synchronization on
Project Workspaces, i have no idea what caused this problem and hot to
fix it so I'd like to know if someone else have the seme problem.

I have the same problem, but cannot find the reason why this is happening.
I have MOPS running on two webservers with SP1.
The farm is a MOSS one, and everyithing else seems to be working fine, but I
get this errors when publishing projects.
Does anyone have a work around this?

Same synchronization bugs were solved in Post SP1( situation when
synchronization didn't work)
unfortunatelly synchronization process removing user permissions
from document libraries , folders and files which do not inherit
permissions from workplace
