PST backup only works on one profile

XP Pro, Outlook 2003.
I installed personal folders backup through a profile
with administator privileges. When I log in under any
other profile, backup is not available (it's not listed
in Add-in manager, either) If I try to install it under
that profile, it says it's all ready installed.

If backup doesn't work, try exporting the profile or any part of it.

You can import it back if you need it.

The only hitch is that it won't be an incremental back up, it will be all or
nothing.
