I just installed the PST Backup Tool under my user (we have XP Pro with
multiple users set up), and it works perfectly.
When I log in to my husband's profile, though, "Backup" is not in the File
menu, as it should be. He does use Chapura to hot sync his Palm Pilot - is
this preventing him from being able to use the Backup tool?
Any suggestions what we should do
