When looking for the .pst file to copy, did you use Windows Search and
include hidden/system folders? The default .pst file is a hidden file and
not always discoverable using the normal search.

After furious head scratching, Slick asked:
| Hello. Before reformatting, I made sure I copied my .pst file.
| Although, it did not open correctly after going to File>Open>Outlook
| Data File... No error message, but non of the folders loaded. Only
| messages I received were 2 in my Inbox (which wasn't the original
| location) and all my sent items. When I made a .pst copy, it was in a
| personal folder. I noticed there is a .pst file called "Outlook" made
| by the install program, so I wonder, once folders are loaded from a
| personal .pst, is everything saved to that "Outlook" file? All help
| is appreciated.
|
| Thank you!
