PST File

How do I create a new PST file and make it my default delivery location
Appreciate your help

You can create the new file using File | New. More precise instructions
depend on your version of Outlook, which you didn't mention.

Then you would use File | New | Personal Folders File and fill in the
pertinent information in the dialog box. When the new file opens in your
Folder List, right-click its root folder, choose Properties from the menu,
and check the box that says "Deliver POP mail to this personal folders
file".
