PST Files in Outlook 2003 to 2007

I use 2003 version at work on company network and PC. I purchased a new
personal computer and want to transfer "personal" emails in a .pst folder
from 2003 to 2007 version. Can I do this? How can I do this?

Yes, those versions are completely compatible. Copy the messages to a nw pst
(file, new, outlook data file), close it and take it home.
