I use XP at the office and now have a pc at home with XP,
too. How do I copy my contact list at work and then
install it at home? Or better yet, do a zip file at work
and then email it home...

Export your Contacts to a separate pst-file. Then restart Outlook to release
the lock on the pst-file and e-mail it to your home. Then at home either
import it or choose File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... and move them by
hand.

No, you can't convert it. Either find someone who has Outlook 2003 or
download and install the demo.
