PST Folder Password Recovery...via VBA

Hi all:
Management has terminated an employee and did not think to get the
employee's password to their PST Folder before doing so. Can anyone tell me
if it is possible to get it using VBA and if so what the code would be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
