PST Limit Reached In Outlook 2003?

Jeff

I purposely upgraded to Outlook 2003 because of the the 2GB PST limit.

I exported saved messages, Sent items and Contacts from Outlook 2000 into a
..pst file, then uninstalled Office 2000, installed Office 2003 and imported
the .pst file into Outlook 2003. It's worked okay for about 2 months, but
now I can't delete mail items properly. A notification says to upgrade to
2003 because limits have been reached. Kinda frustrating, since that was
precisely why I purchased and installed 2003.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Is the default delivery location PST an ANSI or Unicode PST?

Create a new pst file using Outlook 2003.
Then copy the contents of the old pst into
the new one.
